It's a big package, might take a little time.

A Linux is not a Windows. Reinstalling won't change anything.

Problem solved by running: sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-swx11

Edit: /etc/default/keyboard
Set:
XKBLAYOUT=be
Reboot
