I see where you can change the lease time up to 99 days

I'm dialed into the router itself and I can see the raspberry pi and its ip address. how do I force it to keep the raspberry pi n that address

it came on a card loaded with the image. the image acts like jessie with a few adjustments. I wouldn't recommend getting this to anyone. there absolutely no useful info that they have available to using or setting up there sensors or what software is there.
