Re: Pi 3 wlan

I updated the firmware with

Code: Select all

sudo rpi-update 41f8b4812ad653abf321b8c54cb4bee57ebdb129
as explained by blacai in
viewtopic.php?f=91&t=139550&sid=dc0271

This solves the issue for me.

Thank you very much for your time.

Re: Raspberry Pi 3 can not detect my wifi

Same problem here;
I changed from channel 'auto' to '9' and my wifi is visible.
Perhaps we need a new driver.
And yes, I've updated the system, change the wifi country etc.etc.

Re: Pi 3 wlan

Reading Zosima's post Thu Mar 10, 2016 3:07 pm 'Raspberry Pi 3 can not detect my wifi'
I changed the channel from auto to 9 and the wlan is visible.
And yes, ch 11+12 are nor working.

So I think this this is a sw issue and wait for a new driver :)

Thanks for your time,
Wolf

Re: Pi 3 wlan

I updated as you suggested, but no success. Still works only with US setting. The strange thing is that I can see other SSIDs but not my access point. Another wlan device, placed right next to raspi, receives a good signal (4 bars) from my ap. Perhaps i have to replace this RasPi3. Thanks for your t...

Pi 3 wlan

Greetings! After installing Raspbian on a new Pi3 I checked wlan0 for existing SSIDs. A few were visible plus the wifi accesspoint of my LAN. For several reasdions I reinstalled Raspbian but since then I cannot see my SSID anymore. Other SSID's are visible, so the wlan works so far, however my SSID ...
