we can see only 1 time PIC ID address then no any address when we try enter sudo i2cdetect -y 1

hi, we want connect pi to PIC (18F67K22), but we have 2 problems... first; we write address put inside PIC example 0x04, but when we looking Pi monitor (sudo i2cdetect -y 1) only 1 time we can see any address but this is my PICs half address!!! pi give me 0x02? and only 1 time I can see this address...
