I purchased mine from rswww and it says Made in UK on it, I ordered on the Monday of release and it arrived on the Wednesday. I've used element14 in the past and if I recall, they were also very quick. Both are official resellers.

It would make sense to use a "standard" sd test method run on the Raspberry Pi itself. I see a wide variety of benchmarks on here and not many look to have been generated on the Raspberry Pi. It makes a big difference. The spec on the packaging (Class 4, 6, 10, UHS, whatever, or xxMB/s (sequential read/write)...
