In addition to speeding-up the moving/resizing of windows, is Wayland likely to have an effect on the scrolling in a web browser? In my experience I find the rendering of most webpages is ok, but scrolling them up and down is painful (so I've taken to using the page up/down keys)

It could well be the overclocking option that is causing your problem; I am lucky enough to have two Pi's - one of them runs quite happily with full turbo mode (up to 1GHz on-demand) while the other hangs as soon as it hits 800MHz.

I don't think you need the version from 27/03/2012, I downloaded the latest version of Arch on Thursday and was able to install FUSE fine using the excellent instructions in this thread. I have been able to introduce my 9 year old son to the delights (and frustrations) of Manic Miner! Excellent Inst...
