Re: VLI firmware v2.0 - powersaving features enabled

Well that ffmpeg command works for me with the Logitech 4K Brio cam. No idea what transport it is using, though - could be either mjpeg, raw or encoded h264. @pfavr - same question - what ffmpeg command are you using for 4k mjpeg output? This is the command I'm using: ffmpeg -f v4l2 -input_format m...

Re: VLI firmware v2.0 - powersaving features enabled

Hi, Troubleshooting noname USB webcams isn't going to be possible - unless there's a generic issue with the transport protocol in question. I have four Raspberry Pi 4 each with a Logitech BRIO 4K USB3 webcam attached. They used to record 4K mjpeg streams using ffmpeg (to a file server) in full 3840x...

Re: Severe USB performance issues with VL805 firmware 0137ab

Hi, I have four Raspberry Pi 4 with Logitech BRIO 4K USB3 webcam attached. They used to record 4K mjpeg streams using ffmpeg (to a file server) in full 3840x2160 resolution at 30 fps. Using VL805 FW version: 000137ab the webcams were only able to do 1920x1080 resolution. After downgrade using: sudo ...

Re: Overlay to remap Pi 3 UART

Is it possible to disable only BT but enable Wifi?
Yes, by using the pi3-disable-bt overlay, see this thread: viewtopic.php?t=138223

Re: Overlay to remap Pi 3 UART

The mini UART (ttyS0) does not support parity. I will create an overlay that uses ttyS0 for the BT modem, which may work for low baud rates and data volumes. Using it will also require the systemd script (/lib/systemd/system/hciuart.service) to be edited. This is great news :-) I'm using BTLE so th...

Re: Overlay to remap Pi 3 UART

Hi, I'm new to this forum, so sorry if this is not the right place to post these questions: 1) Is /dev/ttyS0 in the default mapping (without pi3-disable-bt) ignoring parity settings? 2) Is there a way to fix this without loosing the new bluetooth functionality? More details: I have an application us...
