new to pi.

Was reading on the raspberry pi.org website about the hello_pi demo...but it does not work.

Pi 2 b with noobs, and I know nothing about this stuff but want to learn with my son.

just bought a pi2b...trying to connect it to the Internet by LAN cable. Installed Noobs fine. Won't connect. Ping www.google.com says unknown host. The Internet connection is fine as my other computer works fine on same router. Green light next to cable on PI lights up.... I don't know what to do! V...
