Re: Very simple OTG on pi4
I dont get it , I thought the OTG was supposed to be able to use the pi as a general purpose usb slave/gadget
but the only infos I find are about Raspbery Zero being used as a remote network device or something

Re: Very simple OTG on pi4
thanks for the help
sorry for being "acid" on that one, but
- I found it very frustrating, that no explanation was given, there is a lot of fake, quick crap posted on the web
- I already been searching and it seems like nobody ever tried to use the RPI4 as a USB slave afaik
regards

I'll use shotky's, but are D+ D- signals from USB-A enough for this to work (apart from the GND) ?

Re: RPI 4 OTG gadget
- there is a low power mode apparently : https://www.hardill.me.uk/wordpress/201 ... -c-gadget/
- I'll make a custom cable with a diode to avoid power return
the goal is to test that setup on my pc, then on other devices acting as usb master
I want to send midi notes to the RPI4

RPI3/4 network : router or switch ?
Hello, I am building a ROS appliance in which each RPI3/4 communicates with each other most people use 1GB switch to build a cluster so each port has a 125mb/s bandwidth but RPI4 can do 1GB and it also means all the RPI's have to filter packets that are not meant to be read (probably at CPU level) -...

Re: retropie vs retroarch vs recalbox vs.....
All of them use the same emulators more or less. Retropie works just fine for me. Which means you aren't configuring something correctly or you have bad ROMs. Either way you are probably better off asking for help in retropie or recalbox official forums. roms are fine and working on windows I am ta...
