I dont get it , I thought the OTG was supposed to be able to use the pi as a general purpose usb slave/gadget

but the only infos I find are about Raspbery Zero being used as a remote network device or something

Given the attitude expressed there the only response you're gonna get is: try google.

there is no tutorial on google, hence my suspicious "attitude" toward so few informations

sorry for being "acid" on that one, but

- I found it very frustrating, that no explanation was given, there is a lot of fake, quick crap posted on the web

- I already been searching and it seems like nobody ever tried to use the RPI4 as a USB slave afaik

just tried with this setup

modifying the config.txt and crontab as you suggested, it does not work
I get a Unrecognised USB device on win 7

please provide more infos on how to do this

I plugged my pi4 with an usb C cable , the computer cant even power the PI
you need a Y split cable

ok I have setup the screen resolution in the parameters too, so now it starts full resolution

All of them use the same emulators more or less. Retropie works just fine for me.
