Official USB WiFi dongle not available

Hi,

I heared after RPi3 official USB WiFi RPi dongle is not available any more for deliveries to distributors.

Any idea where can I buy it with delivery toPoland? Looks like distributors from your shop, do not deliver to Poland, and Botland.com.pl will not be selling any more this dongle.

Re: TP-Link TL-WN725N V2 works out of the box on Raspbian

It seems that r8188eu, despite being a long standing resident of mainline, isn't very good. It's already on my list to move this driver out of tree and work on some improvements for OSMC. I just need to find a little bit of time (and a dongle) to do it. I've got one somewhere, just need to find it....

Re: Install KODi on Raspbian

Great posts guys, but any solution? As mentioned previously, OSMC and OpenElec are poor systems when need to co-operate with TP-Link WiFi adapter. Current situation: 1. Kodi works on OSMC, but I have problems with WiFi adapter there. 2. WiFi works in Raspbian, but Kodi is not. Any idea why in OSMC/O...

Re: Install KODi on Raspbian

If you want to have it start as default, why aren't you using OSMC or OpenElec ? Answer is simple, I have already tested OSMC, and my WiFi adapter TP-Link TL-WN725 is not properly supported there. I didn't had stable connection with WiFi. Usually you won't want to boot into kodi if you install it o...

Re: WiFi Issues ? Start here !

I was using SSH over WiFi last night, having finally got channel 13 working. Although now you mention it, I did have to reboot it an extra time before it worked. I put that down to the protocols getting in a mess. One thing I might have done between failing and succeeding is to unplug the Ethernet ...

RPi settings and system

Hi, Correct me if I'm wrong please. As I understand (because not sure), RPi do not have any internal memory like CMOS, BIOS or whatever. Everything is saved on SD card, right? I'm asking, because currently I'm fighting with my RPi and OSMC system. But I have another SD card, on which I would like to...

Me vs TP-Link TL-WN725N @ OSMC - PART III It's third time when I'm preparing SD card with OSMC. Each time I had issue with WiFi dongle TP-Link-WN725N. Re: wanted to learn how to install NOOBS

Hi,

Why do you want to install NOOBS on laptop?

You should install it on SD card which later you will put to RPi.

If you are using Windows, from NOOBS webpage you need to download Windows version of the install file.
