I'm looking to purchase the E305654 &" Official Foundation touchscreen display and having a tough time finding a seller.

Sounds like you need to calibrate it. Find the instructions for your specific screen from where you bought it, or Google the model number Thanks for the reply. There is a calibration routine on the LibreELEC software - I accessed it with the mouse with no problem The touchscreen would not respond. ...

Thanks for the suggestion - see my reply to Imperf3kt above

Does that indicate to you that my touchscreen is bad?
Couldn't there be a driver problem with the NOOBs 2.4.2 files?

My problem was solved by @ rascas : I did not even need the CEC functionality System Configuration found in Signature I am not using my Pi for streaming TV or for any video for that matter. I am just streaming Audio like Pandoki, Shoultcast, NPR stations, etc. so I am thinking that I don't need CDC...
