I've gone on the raspberry pi website and it can't help I've seen lots of posts now with people having the same problem and no one knows how to fix it I paid good money for all brand new official raspberry pi stuff and it don't work what a waste of money I'm not happy

I can't see a way of doing it incorrectly all I'm doing is clicking on yes to download this time it has got to 80% before the Error message comes up
