Re: Sense HAT wiring help-What GPIO pins go where?

As I face the same problem, isn't there any kind of workaround to get some 40-pin-rows which are a little bit longer than the ones soldered to the Raspberry Pi2 so that you can use the pins AND have the Sense Hat mounted as designated at the same time? Just thinking (and googleing for pin rows)... :...

Re: One red FAILED while booting up the Raspberry2

Hello Dave, Thanks so much for your help, your time and your detailed postings! Everytime I work through them I learn something new! cat /etc/modules I've got # /etc/modules: kernel modules to load at boot time. # # This file contains the names of kernel modules that should be loaded # at boot time,...

Re: One red FAILED while booting up the Raspberry2

Dave, thank you. That was exactly the command I was looking for. Output (I copied some extra lines as far as I understand it fails something around i2c-dev): [ 4.679381] systemd[1]: Mounted POSIX Message Queue File System. [ 4.696304] fuse init (API version 7.23) [ 4.709684] systemd[1]: Mounted Debu...

Re: One red FAILED while booting up the Raspberry2

OK, got it done faster than expected!
I get an Failed to start Load Kernel Moduls.
See 'systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service' for details.
[...]

Dump question: can I just check that out with nano or leafpad? Or what can I do to get that failed back to OK?

Thanks!!!

Re: One red FAILED while booting up the Raspberry2

Thanks ;-)
I had the same idea, even tried it with a video (as you can't see anything on the pic) - but it runs to fast to get a sharp and read-able picture... but I'm still working on the video-thing, maybe I get it readable after all...

One red FAILED while booting up the Raspberry2

Hello, this is my third day with my new Raspberry2 - and also my third day with Linux. (...and you guess it: my first post here! ;) ) Fortunately I found a good book for beginners, which holds my hand while explaining the basics of the Raspberry and also starts to help me get an insight overview on ...
