Check for a newer version of a file in Python

Hi,

I'm wanting to check a network location for a mp4 and then copy it if its newer than the version stored on the Pi. I have had a good look but, cant seem to find what i'm looking for (probably googling the wrong thing :-) )

Could someone point me in the right directions?

Cheers,

Paul.

You should also be able to see the model printed on the board just below the row of pins

Re: Phat's for Pi Zero

Works with headphones that have 32 Ohm speakers fine, just a little quite. The config on the Pimoroni website misses out commenting out the bcm2835 sound driver in /boot/config.txt The easiest way to set it up is with the following command curl -sS get.pimoroni.com/phatdac | bash why its not mention...

Re: MPD connection in car. Client won’t connect if phone dat

Not sure what device you are using, but if its Android, most are set to disconnect from wifi if the access point doesnt provide an internet connection by default.

Re: MPD connection in car. Client won’t connect if phone dat

Check your WiFi settings don't have avoid poor WiFi hotspots.

Because the Pi isn't providing for phone with internet, your phone will disconnect from WiFi, if its enabled.

Re: RDP from Android

xrdp is not the same as RDP, you would better off using VNC as this doesn't create multiple session on the pi.

VNC is also the foundations client of choice.

Re: Powering MeArm Servos through just GPIO??

Use a separate power supply for the servos, as they can draw quite a bit or current. Also have a look at these 16 Channel PWM It's a clone of the Adafruit 16 channel PWM board and all the instructions are here Adafruit 16 Channel PWM with Raspberry Pi Only requires 1 wire and you can daisy chain them.
