Can you still run 'Main menu editor' in preferences? If so, then check if submenus and program entries have been disabled. how do i go about doing that? Which part? Have you tried to open the main menu editor? Once you're in the editor it should be fairly obvious how it works... I just installed cl...

I am using debian Jessie, raspbian.
I used noobs.
It happenede after adding a folder to to the menu.
I deleted that from the menu but most of themenu is still missing.

I clicked on the menu and only some of it is there!
I can only see prefrences, run and shutdown.
