Re: Limelight Pi

I've exactly the same problem? Nobody have the solution? I think the problem is the server. Ok i've figured out that it was the audio track. You have to select on the windows sound panel "Nvidia Virtual output", then it will stop this error. Now I have an other error and no picture on the...

Re: Limelight Pi

I can't get it to work... I'm not an expert, i tried to follow what i found on the internet (http://www.reddit.com/r/raspberry_pi/comments/1vcmz9/streaming_pc_games_to_raspberry_pi_with/) It pairs right, and then, when i try to start it, Steam start in big screen mode on my computer, the Sound sett...

Motion

Re: Internet One - Raspberry PI Free Housing

Re: ImageWriter might break my sd...?

I maybe solved the problem. As you said Imagewriter did some partition (ext3/4?) on sd that windows can't read so it give us 60 mb. I used a win program: HDD Low level format tool. Selected the sd it format in a low livel format so after you can create a new fat32 partition as originally.

Re: ImageWriter might break my sd...?

The system don't give me a name for the sd (sdx). In which case the SD Card Association's formatter (https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/) may not work either. :( If you have a suitable digital camera, try formatting the card in that. If still no luck, I fear another SD card may be your on...

Re: ImageWriter might break my sd...?

Whenever you're changing the distro on your SD Card from one distro to another, it's best to reset the SD Card then format it. RaspBMC has a tool included with it that is used to download and write their installation image to SD Card. That same tool can also be used to reset your SD Card to a compl...

My second pi from Farnell arrived today (23 Oct.), 512Mb version :D, rational wainting time.
Only the package are very poor. The raspberry pi's carton box was a bit crushed but luckily the pi was perfectly intact. I try it and it work fine.

As dfrimmel, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and DHL charges quite much for their customs check service (some 27€ total), wish that the package was sent via regular mail rather than DHL.

Re: Real power dissipation

In my power measurement thread I did a test using omxplayer to watch Big buck Bunny in full HD. http://www.raspberrypi.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=80794#p80794 Power usage (measured between regulator and Pi, so actual Pi usage) was 0.53A @ 4.98v = 2.64 watts (baseline was 0.44A @ 4.98v = 2.19 watts)...

Re: Real power dissipation

The AC dissipation depend by the AC-DC adapter but it's sufficent the power dissipation in DC.
Someone, that have the device, he have done some test about dc power dissipation in full load?
