Re: OpenELEC Testbuilds

Does anyone else have issue with 11791? I've just built it, but cant seem to get any output over HDMI

This is the first time ive built in ages, i guess the build routine is still the same.

Re: OpenELEC Testbuilds

How do I config it for wireless? It works fine via Ethernet but I really need to config it for wireless. (I know ideally it should be hard wired).

I had loads of problems trying to build through a vm in virtualbox, in the end I decided to dual boot windows/ linux mint and haven't had any problems since.

Re: OpenELEC meets Raspberry Pi - part 1 (XBMC)

Once you have done your first build can you then just do

Code: Select all

Git pull
and then

Code: Select all

PROJECT=ION ARCH=i386 make release
or are there any other steps you need to do?

Re: The new forums are here!

On the iPad the news, forum, about etc links are all verticl on the top right rather than horizontal.....which makes the header massive.

Once you have followed the instructions and built for the first time is there a different command to run for future builds to get the latest files or is it allways "PROJECT=RPi ARCH=arm make release"?

Are People building in VM virtual box"s?

My Debian virtualbox seems to run for a few hours and then go into an "aborted" state, it has 100gig drive space, 2 cpu"s and 3 gig of memory assigned to the VM.
