Is there an error when you try to run adb manually?

When trying to use bluetooth on a Raspberry Pi Zero,3, or 4, bluetoothctl just says "No default controller available." This is on the 2019-07-10 build of Raspbian lite

Fixed by running bluetoothctl as root, typing list and getting the mac address, then typing select [mac address]

It's from the pi. I plugged it into my laptop at first but after it completely booted I connected a keyboard by plugging a battery bank in the other port, unplugging it from my computer, and plugging in a keyboard so I can get the log. I already knew about only one port being able to transfer data.

I flashed the image and it booted fine but it still didn't work. I uploaded dmesg here https://pastebin.com/6t7i3Rqx

I'm trying to use the pi zero w as a USB ethernet gadget but it's not working at all. If I leave out the SD card it shows the bootloader on my computer and I can use usbboot https://github.com/raspberrypi/usbboot but that's the only thing that works. I also tried plugging a keyboard in and that works.

I wanted to know if it is possible to make a web proxy like the hide.me online proxy.

I backed up everything and I'm going to reinstall raspibian

1. I installed raspibian
2. The SD scrd isn't full
3. I did expand the file system
4. There are no error messages, but I checked /var/log/syslog, and I saw a error about rc.local.

Also, that specific screen repeats. It doesn't reboot

I've had my raspberry pi working for over 3 months now. I will send a link to the picture I took of the screen when it freezes

I forgot to mention, but I can still ftp into it.

I updated my Raspberry pi earlier today and after a reboot it wouldn't let me ssh into it and it also wouldn't let me control it directly from a keyboard and monitor. Any help would be appreciated.
