HDMI settings in config.txt

Hi, I seem to be having an issue with the hdmi port. I'll start from the beginning. I've only tried the win disk imager twice, both times after the write it did not auto eject/unmount the sd card and you can edit the files placed on the boot partition. After an eject and remount I could not access any of the partitions in windows.

Same here, the box is disabled in any browser I try.

Wonder if they've sent out the emails a little in advance or in batches and not activating the box until they've all gone.
