if you look around, you will see that there are plenty of extension boards for the RPi on the way, some are already available, with code example, libraries and youtube videos Also look at the big names like Adafruit, Sparkfun ..they are preparing something. some keywords: rpi_serial, BitWizard Pifac...

so why don't you buy your parts locally ?
It seems it is just a few m3 screws, spacers, and some acrylic boards,
alltogether, that should be less than 3$ each if you buy 50.
What so specific about swiss screws or am i missing something ?
