Just a quick note.
Only thing I could get to boot and then update was Jessie Lite.
Everything else stops at the Large (and Little) raindow squares - no matter what I tried with additional attached devices / cards / Rasbian Wheezy / etc.

I have found the solution for this problem. I updated my RPI2 from Wheezy to Jessie. Mostly when fine, but this CRDA was driving me nuts so I did a lot of looking..
