Is there anyway you could produce an extention cable for the actual camera lens system. I want to embed it somewhere small but dont want to include the PCB board.

Got another keyboard and checked the power rating it said 5V 60mAh so I bought it, works like a charm, very strange tho about the other one. I had been using it with my PS3 for months.

Its not a mac keyboard, its a generic keyboard, my computer that i tested the keyboard on was a mac

Yes just tested it now and I am typing from it right now. Althoguth my mac thought it was a Japanese style keyboard at first so i had to change it to ascii that might have something to do with it./

Thanks for the reply, I am powering the keyboard with a USB hub with an external power supply of 5V at 2 amps

Just managed to start the X window system via ssh with a sudo startx. Mouse working fine but when I plug in the keyboard, system goes to 99% and freezes.

Looks like my failsafe keyboard is a problem.
