Re: camara raspberry v1.3 not detected

No camera board LED lights up, and I've replaced the cable and checked the orientation, leads, and connections are stable.

I'd just like to know if I can determine if the camera is faulty or the Raspberry Pi itself by running some tests before running out and buying one, the other, or both.

Re: camara raspberry v1.3 not detected

Still the same I'm afraid, supported = 1
detected= 0

I guess it's about time to admit it is probably a hardware fault. I just wish there was an effective way to test the camera itself.

Re: Camera is not detected

What do you get from vcgencmd get_camera ? It should give you something like pi@odyssey:~$ vcgencmd get_camera supported=1 detected=1 pi@odyssey:~$ The camera has to be wired as in this photo https://www.raspberrypi.org/learning/getting-started-with-picamera/images/connect-camera.jpg vcgencmd resul...

Camera is not detected

What else can I try? Any way of testing if the camera module itself is shot? I have had my pi camera working with my 2-b for over a year. I recently loaded a new Raspbian Jessie, now the camera can't be found. It's enabled in raspi-config, and no i2c interference exists that I can identify. I replac...

Re: Dual Monitors

I have the new 7" raspberry pi touchscreen monitor, but would like to duplicate the image on a larger screen while I design touchscreen layout options for menus and such. It seems when the hdmi display is plugged in, the touchscreen is off. Can they both be configured to operate at the same time?
