XBMC and Windows Server2008-r2

So I have a bunch of video .iso files on my Windows Server2008-r2 server. Normally with XBMC on a windows box I would have no problem streaming them to my tv. However, how do I do that with rasbian and XBMC? Do I need to install something to allow for windows file sharing?

Re: Game Over For The Raspberry Pi Already?

I've been researching mini format lowpower computers and there are 3.5" boards out there similar to RPi but they are costly-$300 US. Way too costly in my book.

<t>I am soon to be 61 years old and started life when a computer was an abacus. I am not particularly technologically gifted as I couldn't code my way out of a paper bag. However, I have been usin Linux for years and at this stage of the game, some might say that Linux has got too user friendly as i...

Re: Sustainability and Social Responsibility

<t>This computer has me excited because it squarely fits into my current project to match sustainability with social responsibility by building low power PCs. I envision setting up community based assembly facilities in the inner-city where the dignity of a job is needed the most. I plan to use a mi...
