I have loaded latest Jessie Distro and installed the Official Screen. Checked for and upgraded OS, installed Matchbox-Keyboard and rebooted. All works well except I can not see Keyboard option under accessories, rebooted several times no luck! Any suggestions?? Tim I also had the same problems. Whe...

Dialog sizes
Hi I have the new 7" display and are trying to configure the screen and my pi. My problem is that some dialogs is just too big and goes off the bottom of the screen. It is quite impossible to do anything as I can't even see the OK and Cancel buttons. I haven't figured out how to scroll down or ...

Power for the 7'' display
Hi
I just got my new display and in the setup it says that I need an 2A power source. I have a usb wall charger that delivers 5V and 3.1A.
Is it correct that I need at least 2A and that 3.1A is not a problem? The display will draw as much as it needs and not more, right?

Re: Pi shuts down when circuit breaks
Ok, found the problem. I had (of course) a short circuit. I realised that when I was asked to draw a schematic and found it straight away. I should not do this kind of stuff too late in the evenings and maybe draw a schema, even on easy circuits, sometimes.
Thanks!

Re: Pi shuts down when circuit breaks
Hi
Do you think I get a short in the circuit that shuts down the Pi? I suppose I can have made some connection error, it was bit late, but I checked and double checked but I will check again when I get home.

Pi shuts down when circuit breaks (solved)
Hi I am using my Pi as the server for a 3D printer using OctoPi. Yesterday I created a sort of light rig with 2 LEDs that gets it's power from the 5V GPIO pin on my Pi. I also added a switch on the cable to the LEDs to be able to switch off the LEDs when I'm not printing. I was a bit surprised when ...
