Came accross this thread since im trying to do almost something similar with my robot using rpi 3 . So far with some working POCs , mt approach is to integrate the uv4l webrtc stream demo js script with jssip tryit demo and give signalling address of the kamilio server with ws module . Just sharing ...

Since I received some messages regarding this question . we were able to work around it using reverse proxy on live555 with stream of lesser bitrate
