Actually the problem I had was I was missing ffuprovider.dll in the original iso image I had downloaded (Windows10_InsiderPreview_x64_EN-US_10130.iso). I am trying to follow MBRO95's instructions but "dism.exe' gives me a "Access is denied" in the terminal window along with a pop-up that states "dism.exe is not a valid Windows32 application". I am using Win7 on a x64 machine.
