w1 device tree

I have a 7 DS18B20 sensors connected to RPI and it's working fine but after some time (up to 12hours) they are lost. I cannot see them in /sys/devices. However if i just physically pull out sensors Vcc for 1 seconds and put it back, everything is working back normally. im using dtoverlay=w1-gpio,gpi...
