I have found a few things affecting the interrupt rate of dwc_otg. One was a software package on device B.

I also found by adding "dwc_otg.fiq_enable=N" to the cmdline.txt will increase the rate.

dwc_otg interrupt rate causing high cpu on RT PREEMPT

I have 2 devices both based on the Compute Module 3+ with the PREEMPT RT patch installed. Device A works well but device B uses more CPU and has higher jitter in the real time response. I have narrowed down the difference in the interrupt rate of the dwc_otg drivers. I have compiled a kernel update ...

The Micro850 supports the Ethernet/IP protocol for reading tag values. There are 2 Python libraries that work on the raspberry Pi
