Thanks to everybody who took a look, I now did the following - 1) Remove the usb discs 2) unmount the drives 3) Delete the folders in the pi/media/ folder 4) rebooted 5) plugged usb drives back in 6) rebooted This solved it also after another boot. I guess it got a bit confused and I should have unm...

These are the two partitions, with the command df-h

/dev/sdb1 2,7T 638G 2,0T 25% /media/pi/d0c85420-ba33-4751-bf14-d299d39397b04
/dev/sda1 4,6T 1,7T 2,7T 39% /media/pi/5a1f637d-7e3b-4e19-8442-19065645060e4

Not sure if this help narrow things down ?

Hi,

There should only be one per hdd, but will check with gparted.
