Sadly this probably will not happen based on the licensing issues with flash, I don't want release a distro that breaks the law by packaging flash, but we will try to make a easy script to install it.

Check out the new home for the porting of the chromium OS to single board computers. we're expanding from the raspberry pi 2, to beginning work on many other SBC's including the Pi Zero, C.H.I.P and the Pine64 in the coming months.

yes and no, the original pi's hardware is very limiting and most likely chromium will not run well on the original pi

can not detect wifi, useless. We have mainly tested the image using the standard Fast Ethernet connection that the RaspberryPi provides. Since we are using the vanilla, upstream RaspberryPi kernel, most, if not all Wi-Fi adapters that are supported by the other big distributions should work here as...
