the card is good I've already changed it as I noted
The problem maybe something in the last update.
I'll install from scratch maybe on another Rpi (I have a Rpi3)
All that will need many hours to complete ... :(

I don't want to restart from scratch. I've tuned my Rpi and lost many hours for that!
My Rpi was working fine until I did my monthly updates.

Not enough information for useful reply. The PhantomJS in the repository might be very old. There may be binaries for newer versions. I've built PhantomJS from source, but it takes a long time.
