Thanks for the discussion.

Re: USB-C Docking Station Rpi4

Sorry, obviously didn't explain myself enough. A C2G docking station. USB-c, has HDMI, 2 USB 3.0, Ethernet and usb-c data. Does Raspberry Pi-4 USB-C have data? I think W. H. Heydt said yes, USB 2.0 out and gave a different discussion which goes many direction. Anyone have experience with plugging in...

USB-C Docking Station Rpi4

I have a couple USB-C docking stations. Trying one and it isn't working. The power can go through and turn the RPI3 on. But other HDMI, USB3, Eithernet not working. Is there a way to get a RPI4 to use a USB-C docking station for data and video? Thanks in advance for any discussion. Best Regards, ene...

Re: thinkorswim java error

dowload most recent JNA file from here: https://github.com/java-native-access/jna

rename it to the name in the gui folder of TOS

move into most recent TOS usergui folder

You have to do this periodically, like every week when TOS is updated.

Re: Future of Raspberry Pi

Figure you can expect a 2 GB Rpi 0 W. Seems reasonable.

Maybe an updated Rpi Compute Module, USB 3.1 version; Coral like. Would fit with low cost imaging activities. Good link: https://medium.com/@aallan/hands-on-wit ... 7fcb323553

Okay, new firmware build (latest but with fixup to isp component to ensure it's in correct state when processing buffers)

Use start4.elf/fixup4.dat from firmware.
English please. Will sudo apt-get upgrade fix the problem?

I'm going to assume this answer isn't helpful to the poster, but may be helpful to others reading the thread. I use my android phone, set up a hotspot with a password, and run the Rasberry Pi's through that hotspot to Raspberry Pi wifi when needed. Sometimes, like with Moode Audio the Raspberry Pi i...

Re: Rpi solar power :)

Nice build. Is there a write up on all components and procedures? Each one of those cells is 0.5 volts, so ten will be 5 volts. You want a higher voltage than the battery pack. Too bad you have so much plastic, that is going to hurt some of the solar performance. If you want the W to last just about...

Re: Fixing the Pi 4 usb C issue by hand

Do we have any idea when rpi4 revision 2 that will fix this major flaw will be available? The flaw is minor, so there's no hurry. I doubt the change will result is a Rev. 2 of the PCB. More likely to be 1.1 or 1.2, or even 1.0.1. I do not, personally, expect to see a revised board for about 6 month...

Re: Jetson Nano or RPI4

You may be right. Looks like at least 4 connectors on the audio output. I've used it successfully with headphones. But haven't tested it with a headset. Seems like my rpi2&3's worked with headsets.
