Slow transfers/iperf with pi sending

I'm getting max 52Mbits/s from iperf when raspberry pi is client (iperf -c). All my transfers going out of pi seem capped at ~5MByte/s. The same isn't true in the other direction. With pi receiving (iperf -s) iperf gives 80-96Mbits/s. ethtool says connection is 100Mbits/s full-duplex. The only contr...

My samba read speed is also poor at 5MB/s. This is on pidora with samba4 and a ramdisk mounted in samba (mount ramfs -t ramfs /ramdisktest + chmod 777 /ramdisktest + write a 64MB file + share in smb.conf + delete after). I can't remember if this is all I did, but in Xfce usually you edit /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf, in [SeatDefaults] section, set/uncomment
