Re: Pi and HDMI monitors

Hi everyone,

Can you still use/view MinecraftPi if you are connected via a HDMI to VGA cable?

Many thanks!

Re: Picademy #8 Attendees

I'm sorry to hear that :( I saw your other thread. Let's hope you are luckier next time. I'm finding it really useful reading 'Adventures in Raspberry Pi' second edition. I also have 'Adventures in Minecraft' which I'm going to move on to next. I have also bought the CamJam EduKits to play about wi...

Re: Picademy #8 Attendees

Hi everyone! I'm a primary school teacher and computing coordinator in Essex. I was given the subject this year and, outside of my own interests in gaming and tech, it's pretty new to me! Re: Pi and HDMI monitors

Fantastic! Thanks everyone, that's really helpful. Would be great if we could get one of these for each monitor in the suite so we can buy a whole Pi bank. Next stop Picademy so I can stock up on inspiration...!

Pi and HDMI monitors

Hi all

I'm looking to bring Raspberry Pi into my school but have read that you need an HDMI screen. We have a computer suite full of normal computer screens. Is there a workaround here? Our budget is unlikely to stretch to a suite of new screens!

Many thanks for your help :D
