Is there anyway I can fix this problem without having to reinstall and erase all the info on my SD card??

I don't think so. Usually it works fine.

I connected my Pi to my computer, but nothing is showing up...The video says that a screen to pop up, but nothing is happening.

So, I can just put it into the programming board and get started with the programming?? How would I go about doing that?

The kit came with a USB stick...Could I utilize that somehow?

I just bought a CanaKit Model B+ Pi. However, the SD card is way smaller than my SD card slot (I have a MacBook).
How do I connect the SD card to my Mac so I can download Raspbian onto it?
