how can i find out which driver is used on a specific device? USB device suspend mode not working on RaspberryPi 2

I have a problem with my USB devices wich do not go into suspend mode at all on the raspberry pi 2, but do it on every other desktop PC with ubuntu. After some googling I found out, that the common way to put a USB device into suspend mode is by autosuspend, whitch is controlled by the file /sys/bus...

Thank you rahlquist for your reply.

It does not seem to be possible to suspend the USB bus and keep the LAN connection. But it should be possible to suspend the USB device itself. But I cannot find out how this is done with a raspberry pi, it does not matter if it is my camera or any other device.
