Re: PHP/Bootstrap Web Interface for the Pi Camera

Hi Sennie, this is because you are not using the latest version of the released image. The latest version doesn't have this bug.

Hi Indeed, the web interface is relying on HTTP Basic sub authentication, which has been removed from chrome and edge browser.
Use firefox for now.

Re: PHP/Bootstrap Web Interface for the Pi Camera

Many thanks to the author of this project. I am a PI noob and have been trying several solutions to stream the camera from my pi2 but this one is really cool and worked straight away. I have a couple of questions: - in rtsp I can see from the traffic manager of my router that at 1280x720 25p i am u...

Re: PHP/Bootstrap Web Interface for the Pi Camera

Hi everyone, great that U all love the design of the IP Camera. Someone signalled me that the IP camera was not working on the Raspberry PI 3 So I have updated the design to work with it. I built a new image on the latest Raspbian Jessie Minimal and updated all components to their latest versions. A...

Re: Raspberry-Wifi-Router project

Hi, this project already incorporates a dnsmasq server, it just needs to be put in the right operation mode.

The router facilitates two operation modes, namely, bridge mode and router mode.
In router mode, dnsmasq is used to perform dns proxying and dhcp services.

Re: PHP/Bootstrap Web Interface for the Pi Camera

Hi Orvis, let me try to answer a few of the question that you have. So u do not want to do the 'hardening' of the system. No real 'security' style hardening was done on the Raspbian, the design was only made read-only to allow for a longer endurance of the SD card. It's a know problem that SD cards ...

Re: Raspberry-Wifi-Router project

Hi there. Well I'm planning to implement all of these functions, and more. But understand that this project is for amusement in my spare time which earns me 0 €. Re: PHP/Bootstrap Web Interface for the Pi Camera

you should check if your uv4l_raspicam.service is running.

This command should show the status from your camera service:
sudo systemctl status uv4l_raspicam.service

Can u send me the output of that command?

Re: Raspberry-Wifi-Router project

Hi everyone, version 1.5 of the raspberry wireless router is ready.
You can download the new version at https://ronnyvdbr.github.io

The release is switched to raspbian jessie now.
A few bugs are fixed, and a few pages are currently offline for redesign.

More to be expected soon ... I hope.

Re: PHP/Bootstrap Web Interface for the Pi Camera

Hi, the camera as such was installed on my synology ds2015xs where this works out of the box on dsm 6.x

For an older model, see below forum post at step 4 for modifying config files.

Remove unicast from the url for my camera design though.

Re: Raspberry-Wifi-Router project

For this project you will need an official Camera module, since this project is built on the foundations thereof.
USB support is also possible, since components are also available for that, but, this is not implemented ... yet ...

Re: Raspberry-Wifi-Router project

Yes, you would need to do so on your router/firewall. The web interface is running on port 80/TCP, that port will need to be forwarded from your public IP address to your IP Camera if you want it to be publicly accessible. Do note however that some security holes still need to be plugged in the desi...
