After a long look at a black rectangle and a message about a missing plugin the video started to play. 360p resolution and a bit choppy in the video but the sound was steady. As long as the content is not video based ( that has to be played in browser ) or Flash based , you can pull this off on a Pi.
Just check that everything works in Epiphany before investing.
