Thanks for the links but I'm not looking for already built AR glasses, I'm looking for a High resolution MicroDisplay that accepts serial input.

I'm not sure that this is possible with i2S, and a GPIO display (The one included in the link you provided). Some pins interfere with each other, such as #24 and #26.
