Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 3.12.36+

just to help understanding the problem :) 1) i'm running my dongle without a powered usb hub. On the other USB (i'm on a B model) i have another device (not power hungry, it's a temperature sensor) 2) i do not (do not) have any /etc/modprobe.d/r8188eu.conf file And yes, my connection is rock solid....

Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 3.12.36+

Hi! Just want to let you know that I have installed the latest driver (posted some pages ago), and my connection keeps on falling. If I unplug and re-plug the dongle it starts working again. Since I only SSH into my pi (I use it as home server), I cannot check the frequency on which this happens, b...

Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 3.12.36+

I experienced the same. Setting this into /etc/modprobe.d/r8188eu.conf seems to improve it a little bit: options r8188eu rtw_power_mgnt=0 rtw_enusbss=0 From what I've read online this disables power management and USB suspend for the dongle. It improved a lot but it still doesn't work as well as th...

Omxplayer Error - Raspberry Pi B+

Hi I have set up a schedule to play videos using omxplayer/cron/c++ (using system() calls) on the raspberry pi (B+). The videos launch fine for around 1 day and then after that omxplayer doesn't play the videos ("* failed to add service- already in use?") and i need to restart the pi to make it work...

Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 3.12.36+

Hi
After updating to 3.18.3+ and installing the driver (thanks MrEngMan) my Pi disconnects from the network every few hours and I need to restart the networking service. Any ideas?
Thanks

Re: (UPDATE) Drivers for TL-WN725N V2 - 3.6.11+ -> 3.12.36+

Hi,
Any idea when the driver for 3.18.3+ is coming out? I accidentally ran rpi-update before checking for drivers, and the old drivers for 3.12 dont work with 3.18.
Thanks
