How did u managed to get it to work?
Mine IR led is working when holding it close to the tv, but if i'm going further away from the tv, the signal won't reach the tv anymore.

I have a rpi up and running and i can control my stereo using Lirc with irsend commands.
I also have an TV but with no remote.
So is there a way i can let my rpi send al possible ir signals to see if my TV responds on one ?
Any script or something ?

I'm planning to install Jasper on my rpi and want to use an PS2 eyetoy camera as mic.
First thing i want to do is get the mic working.
Has anyone succeed in get the mic working ?
Because when i use alsamixer he recognizes the camera but says there are no audio devices ?
Someone help me ?

I was wondering if i could control my radio with my rpi ? The controller of my radio doesn't work that good anymore so is it possible the control the radio with the rpi ? If this is possible, i assume i need to connect a rf transmitter to the rpi. But van i recover the transmitter from my bad radioc...

When i plug my HDD Seagate 2TB with no external supply into my pi, and i perform a fdisk -l.
The HDD doesn't show up and i hear that my HDD sounds like it is keep restarting.
What is the problem ?
