Update: Removed mpg321 to isolate problem, now its proved not be on mpg321, aplay doing same. this problems occured also on earlier version, so its not kernel problem (or its and its never fixed) So i guess this is HARDWARE PROBLEM ???? i bet no one has a raspberry doing a sound every hour...
