Finally, after 5 days and a dozen tutorials it works with yours :).
I guess not changing the interface file was the key. In every tutorial I read I had to change the interface file.

So I tried another tutorial. http://elinux.org/RPI-Wireless-Hotspot I didn't have any errors and used a completely fresh installed Raspbian did update, upgrade and rpi-update. I got so far, that I find the SSID and type in the password, but with every device I try it with it gets stuck on "obtaining...

it didn't work. I can't see the SSID, when I do it acc. to this tutorial.

Hi there,

nobody knows anything about this issue? I thought there are actually a lot of people out there using IRSSI with Raspberry Pi in connection with an external HDD, do they all have the same issue or just me?
