I really don't understand why you are ranting here. I deleted your last post on grounds of profanity - we do not accept bad language on these forums. 3D printing is a black art, and it may not be due to octoprint at all, but if you are convinced it is, I suggest you voice your concerns here : https:...

Re: Best way to program python on Raspberry pi?

Hi there , I'm new to raspberry pi and would like to install python on it. Any ideas how? Have installed NOOBS and got a 32 GB SD card. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thx Raspbian comes pre installed with python 2 and 3, so select Raspbian via NOOBS and you'd be ready to go. Texy

Re: Raspberry Pi 3b Severe overheat

I'm cross posting this, because I think I posted in the wrong section of the forum. Was setting up Pi 3 for PiGrrl 2 kit. Got retropie on the old sd card, and wanted to run the tried and true apt-get upgrade command. It ran fine, and then a little thermometer popped up in the top right. "Overheatin...

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Why do you think it is working incorrectly? You will probably find that this is the correct method for your particular relay board (ie inverted logic) - do you have a link to this product?

That looks good. I'm afraid I don't have experience with OBDII devices. I'll try with a Bluetooth serial connection on Jessie and see if I can figure anything out. Finally, I figure it out !!! If you don't tell the bluetooth what to do, the connection will be lost but if you manual connected rfcomm...

Re: PIR and Camera

Indentation is vital with python. Please use the code tags so the forum retains formatting. You don't say what doesn't work about close, but it's the counterpart to the "camera =Picamera()" constructor. As the constructor is before the while loop, the close should be after it (and therefore never e...

This thread and subforum only concern the official display.
I suggest you start a new thread on troubleshooting and give more detail then you have so far - make and actual display type, which os you are using, etc

Nope, not in this case. It's a banned piracy add-on and you'll just be told that no support is offered for it. It's on the banned add-ons and repos list . Team Kodi do not encourage, condone or support piracy or the use of illegally sourced media. And as such we will not discussion it here either.....
