Re: How to change the Brightness on Raspberry Pi

Hi and welcome to the forum.
The brightness is changed on the display, not the pi. I think there was a heated discussion about that a few years back...

Re: pulseaudio equalizer where is it?

You install using synaptic or apt-get? Apt-get. Raspberry pi distro has never worked with the eq. I know how to do it that's not the thing because as I stated it works fine in Ubuntu. I take my time posting to make less questions and you ask what I already answered. [MOD REMOVED PROFANITY]. I alrea...

Re: Raspberry Pi not working, red light only

If you suspect you have blown the pi hardware then there is not a lot you can do. Just in case the SD went pop, have you tried another?
Also are you getting 5V on the Pi GPIO port still?

similar question: while GND is ("Ground" (-)) it took me a while to figure out what VCC (+) and COM (+) means? Welcome to the forums. Although your question appears similar, it is actually very different from the topic "12V relay setup". Your board has 5V relays, not 12V. It would be better to star...

Re: Running a never ending loop Python script at startup

Hi, I have a problem with running the python code! It runs on startup, and then stops. The python code contains "while loop" so It should never stop. When I write it in console manualy then it is working in the background but if I write it in rc.local It works only on the start up. Here is my rc.lo...

H and welcome to the forum.
All the ground pins of the GPIO port are already shorted - they are effectively the same signal. So you will do no damage.

This is guess, but probably what you are looking for :

Code: Select all

def on_message(client, userdata, msg):
    if msg.payload == "close":
        os.system('play --no-show-progress %s --channels 2 synth %s' % (sound1, duration))

    print "Topic: ", msg.topic + "\nMessage: " + str(msg.payload)

Hi and welcome to the forum. Can't rule out a genuine hardware fault, and if so, try contacting the company your got it from. However it could be software related. How exactly are you trying to use Bluetooth with it? Also see this thread with the same issue : https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewt...
