Re: Multiple DS18B20 temperature sensors

Ok, thanks for the help. I'll try and rewire the sensors to be more in a daisy chain formation. My stubs are very long so if I change the wiring slightly it will reduce the stubs and increase the overall length.

Thanks for your support on this.

Re: Multiple DS18B20 temperature sensors

No both your diagrams are the same which is parallel wired, which is what you want. This diagram shows the 2 connection types, the top one is STAR which has the 3 sensors wired back to a singe point, the bottom diagram shows PARALLEL which how you want the sensors wired. https://i.imgur.com/9MtWv9c...

Re: Multiple DS18B20 temperature sensors

Hi, I'm also trying to link up 5 x DS18B20 to a pi. 4 works without an issue but the 5th is giving me issues. From reading the form I believe that it's due to signal bounce and reflection. I've got it currently wired in this format which I believe is star. //farm8.staticflickr.com/7909/46695522054_3...

Re: Use Itead SDK to Drive a 1602 LED

Hi, I've been trying to get my pi to drive the 1602 Liquid Crystal display to work but the itead_LiquidCrystal.h file has an error. It's doesn't like line 50, class. Is there an updated file that will compile on the Pi.

Thanks
