What are you using, is 123.456.789.101 your routers ip adress or your raspberry's ip adress?
if it is router ip, did you enable port forwarding?
if is raspberry pi ip, are you in the same network?
Did you set up an ssh connection? connect to the correct port? no blocking firewall?
