For me it would be getting openJDK working on one as a lot of the software I work with professionally is written in java.
However, this seems to be working on embedded ARM devices sinds years. So it should not be a big issue.

NAT/Masq. box (with a wifi-usb-thing).
Music-generation box.
Small box for fieldwork (especially for areas where power and network are in very short supply).
