Re: ApplePi DAC, Highest Performance Raspberry Pi DAC Launches

Question: You state this is a dual mono DAC. Does that mean the left and right outputs will always be the exact same signal? I understand that is not what dual mono really means, but have to check. The left and right channels will be different. The DAC chip is used in monaural mode. This means that...

Re: New Raspberry Pi model 3B+ 1.4 GHz, 330Mbit Ethernet, 802.11ac, PoE

Plugged in and booted up my pi 3B+ and am using the ethernet port for internet. Everything is working fine except the green light on the ethernet port is not lighting up. I do have internet (I am sending this from the 3B+), the wifi is turned off, and the yellow/orange light works. Any ideas on how...

Official 7in. RPi display control board v1.2

A v1.2 control board for the Official RPi 7in. display; it would make my display useful.

PM if you have one and want to negotiate price.

Thanks!

Can I backpower the display?

Can the Official 7in. RasPi display be backpowered through the GPIO jumper pins?
(power from pi3 to display board via GPIO jumpers)
Thanks!

Re: Rpi Cam Web Interface - pipan problems

I'm apologize if my reply was unhelpful, let me try again. Note: I'm not a dev and I can't code. That being said I'm someone trying to achieve a similar goal as Mettauk. I didn't post the files for Mettauk to browse because my RCWI build is older software and I can't vouch that they haven't changed ...

Re: Rpi Cam Web Interface - pipan problems

This is off topic, but I'll answer anyway. Sorry for no reply, haven't had time to play with this project for quite some time. Keep in mind that I do not have iSpy, so in all probability there are options I don't know about. The way I see it, you can either create your own plugin to graphically cont...

Re: Rpi Cam Web Interface - pipan problems

Hey LucidEye, My pi-pan rig recently bricked itself while updating so I can't test any of this. These are the settings I use for pan/tilt in the servo configuration that OpenElectrons uses. I'm pretty sure they are degree values, the PWM values for these servos are 500-2400µs. When I tried to use va...

Re: Rpi Cam Web Interface - pipan problems

I got a web-interfaced pan-tilt control for RPi 2, just using ServoBlaster for controlling the servos connected to normal GPIO pins and mounting them on a pan-tilt servo bracket. No need of pi-pan. Is very dirty and basic but it works. https://github.com/skalad/RPi_Cam_Web_Interface_ServoBlaster_pa...

Re: Rpi Cam Web Interface - pipan problems

bax5000 There isn't much here on the pilight, but we will see what we can do! Read through it anyway just to get a feel for how the files interact. Ok, what pi are you using(A, B, A+, B+,2B) because the 2B has been troublesome so far! Check that i2c is set to on in raspi-config. I'll see what else ...
